I tailor your experience with Performance Marshall to suit your personal requirements. All plans are customizable and we can include various elements as you desire. Listed below are training plan outlines to give you an idea of the coaching options you may wish to have. 

Prices are based on the 'basic' services. We will discuss your specific training plan during our on-boarding process to ensure that all charges are understood and agreed upon.   

Group Training

Train With Your Friends

Want the guidance and expertise of a trainer but don't want to workout alone. Get your friends or family involved and workout together! (3 - 8 participants per group)

Online Coaching

Full Coaching Experience

Train with the full Performance Marshall package. Programming, Lifestyle/Nutrition advice, regular check ups and more. Readily available for those outside of the Kuopio area as well as all those looking for an edge to their training.
