Basic Programming

Take your training up a level and progress without stress. Less time spent planning more time spent spent reaching your goals. 

Recommended for experienced lifters and those not requiring ongiong support. 

Custom Programmes

When buying a custom programme from Performance Marshall we will first discuss your goals, your starting point, the number of times you wish to train per week and the length of the programme you desire. 

I will then use that information to design a training programme tailored to you which we will then assess together in a short meeting (in person or via web-chat) to ensure it fits your needs. During this meeting I will answer any questions you may have. 

Once the programme has been set, it is then yours to work through but no further assistance is included although I may reach out to enquire about your progress and satisfaction. You are free to repeat the programme again once you have completed it as you will retain access after the initially planned timeframe has expired. If you would like to change the training after completion then a new programme must be purchased.
