The goal of training is always to improve yourself and not to chase numbers at the expense of safety or performance. However getting stronger and making improvements should be celebrated! The share zone is a space where we can post success stories of your training and where we can see a little of what everyone else has been able to achieve.

Recent Success Stories

Niko R - Age 47

Niko started with Performance Marshall in September 2025. He had a history of training but in recent years had been struggling with motivation due to recurring back pain problems. We worked together and built a programme that allowed him to work hard on the exercises he enjoyed whilst also building up strength and mobility around the areas giving pain. In just a few short months he has already progressed to once again doing exercises such as deadlifts and squats without pain. Keep up the excellent work Niko!!
