The goal of training is always to improve yourself and not to chase numbers at the expense of safety or performance. However getting stronger and making improvements should be celebrated! The share zone is a space where we can post success stories of your training and where we can see a little of what everyone else has been able to achieve.

Deadlift and Clean can be any barbell variation. Ass to grass squat requires hip to sink below knee height. Bench must touch chest. Broad jumps measured from toe off to landing point of back heel. 40 time can be hand timed as specialised equipment is not readily available.
