Custom Programmes

Take your training up a level and progress without the stress with a programme designed specifically to your needs. Less time spent planning more time spent spent reaching your goals.

100€ - 8 Week Plan

+25€ per additional 4 weeks.

Recommended For:

Experienced lifters.

Athletes requiring an offseason (or in-season) plan.

​

Clients wanting to be apart of the Performance Marshall brand with a lower budget for training.

When buying a personal programme from Performance Marshall we will first discuss your goals, your starting point, the number of times you wish to train per week and the length of the programme you desire.

Once this has happened a programme will be designed for you and we will then go through the programme together in a meeting (in person or via web-chat). During this time we will make any alterations to the programme that may be desired and I will answer any questions you have including providing technique material for exercises as requested.

Once the programme has been set, it is then yours to work through. When you submit your workouts your progress will be tracked and I may reach out to enquire as to your progress however there will not be any scheduled check ups or alterations to your programme. If you want to extend your programme or update it for a new training block then a new programme can be purchased. Otherwise you are free to repeat the programme again and will still have access to it after the initially planned timeframe has expired.
